About Me: I have had a successful career in the F&B industry for more than 30 years. I led my team to win an award specifically for the work we had undertaken to improve our allergen management procedures. My own daughter started to suffer allergies and intolerances at the age of 14 years. I have a unique perspective on this topic and I am passionate about training and understanding in this area.
I offer Highfield Level 3 Food Allergen Management in Catering -in person (with current guidelines in place) and this course is also immediately available online. The course content is presented via a series of pre-recorded video content. Full support is available throughout. Highfield assessors undertake the online assessment and remote invigilation
I also offer Highfield Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness, this is provided in the workplace.
I also have created my own course which has been accredited by Highfield. The Purple Allergen Plan offers full allergen awareness training plus solutions to managing allergens in the workplace. This is available in person and also available online via a series on pre-recorded videos with full support. There is a multiple choice assessment at the end of the course.

Course Description: This course provides solutions to managing food allergens in the workplace. The modules provide an overall understanding of allergens, purchasing, storing, preparing and serving food to customers
The course is a half day course and can be adapted to suit the group
Highfield have accredited this course and a Highfield certificate will be issued on completion
